Product Introduction Specialist Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Introduction Specialist to oversee all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within our plant. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory on product introductions.
- Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes
- Manage and maintain Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP
- Understand the Server and Rack assembly processes
The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience in product development, manufacturing, electronics, and mechanical engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
The ability to think critically and develop effective solutions is essential.
