About the Role

As a Product Introduction Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth launch of new products into production. This involves bridging the gap between design and manufacturing to guarantee high-quality product introductions.

  • Manage the efficient launch of new products into production.
  • Bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring high-quality product introductions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work instructions (WI, OMS) and technical write-ups for production.
  • Liaise with sales teams and customers to highlight issues with prints or manufacturing.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors on technical purchases requiring engineering review.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on engineering activities for production and new product implementation.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate well at all levels.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural work environment.
  • Meticulous and detailed approach to job assignments.
