Roles & Responsibilities

Join our friendly and dedicated team at our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic We're looking for a responsible and caring **Clinic Assistant** who is passionate about healthcare and wellness.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration

- Handle phone and walk-in enquiries in both **English and Chinese**

- Assist TCM physicians during consultation when necessary

- Manage clinic records, payments, dispensing of Herbal and inventory management

- Perform basic administrative and housekeeping duties

- Ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for all patients

Requirements:

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication

· Computer literate – able to use basic clinic software, email, and Microsoft Office

· Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently

· Prior experience in a healthcare or TCM clinic is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to TCM clinic needs.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
