**Position**:TCM Clinical Assistant **Location**:Singapore, Bedok **Salary**:$2,100 to $5,000 per month

**About Us**:Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. is a reputable Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to providing holistic health and wellness solutions. Our clinic is renowned for its professional and caring environment. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a TCM Clinical Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist TCM physicians in patient care and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
- Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Administer basic TCM treatments under physician supervision.
- Educate patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Participate in clinic events and community outreach programs.
- Promote and sell treatments and services.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and basic Mandarin (to educate patients on TCM Herbal Medication consumption).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
