We are a TCM practice with clinics in Telok Blangah and Clementi. We have more than 20 years of history and are hiring at our clinic situated at 345 Clementi Avenue 5. The founding Physician is Dr. Ong Swee Ling. Our practice specializes in care for eczema, psoriasis, hives, shingles, acne, pimples, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss.

We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking. Clinic Assistants who have experience working in Western clinics are also welcome. Salary will commensurate with industry experience.

We expect the clinic assistant to work five to six days which ideally includes Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Salary to commensurate based on total number of hours worked but would be a minimum of $2500.

The Clinic Assistant’s Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):

- Assist customers with their queries.
- Removal of acupuncture needles
- Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.
- Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.
- Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.
- No experience required but preferable to have a certificate in TCM Assistant or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum of GCE ‘O’ Levels and/or other relevant TCM courses
- Ability to converse in both Chinese and English is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sales aptitude
- Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
