As an Procurement Contracts Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the dept on Capex contracts management and procurement. The Opportunity: Project's Construction Contracts records and co- ordinate statistical feedback and data gathering eg. costing and contract administration; Keep track and report of any Variation on the Project; Support cost saving initiatives and opportunities to meet project deliverables, objectives and Strategy; Attend meetings and compilation of documents etc., includes request vendor/bidders for new vendor creation; Conduct pre-contract and post-contract work activities in line with RSTO policies and procedures; Sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiation of quotation from different suppliers; Tracks order and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and costs; Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; Document estimates and supporting information including the estimate basis and assumptions; Assist in the development of enquiry documents, including contractual terms and conditions; Assist in the development of price list in conformance with the subcontract requisition;Issuances, receipt, perform commercial bid analysis, coordination of technical bid evaluation; Assist in supplier performance data compilation, scorecard compilation; Assist Roche representative to prepare preliminary and final bid tabulation including award recommendation; Work with Roche representative to prepare Final Contract documents to
