You will be collaborating with a talented global and local team, while also enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work, based in Singapore. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Regional Sales team on order book management to forecast and achieve monthly hardware (HW) revenue goals. Oversee daily order processing activities, ensuring all customer orders are accurately entered, validated, and fulfilled within established timelines. Monitor and improve order management KPIs—including order book accuracy, backlog levels, and order holds—by collaborating with the Central Order Management team (HYD) to maintain clean and accurate order entry. Serve as a point of escalation for order issues, working to resolve discrepancies, delays, and errors. Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline order-to-ship processes. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, pricing guidelines, product configurations, and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management systems, processes, and customer experience. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on order metrics, trends, and team performance. Ensure alignment with company policies, export regulations, and trade compliance standards. Who You Are You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years required (5+ years is a plus) of experience in order management, customer operations, or sales operations. 2-3 years required (5+ years is a plus) of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading high-performing teams. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-ship processes. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM platforms (Salesforce). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver operational excellence. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and keen attention to detail.
