Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing Industry (MNC) Location: Bedok South Work hours: 0800hrs to 1728hrs, Mondays to Fridays This is a 1-Year Contract Role. Responsibilities: Provide HRP support by working closely with stakeholders to lead and deliver strategic objectives of the business. Support the business through the development and execution of positive employee relations strategies across one or more sites. Assist HRPs with the full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Lead HR projects encompassing the full range of HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Interpret and advise on local process guidelines (i.e., rehire eligibility, privacy practices, termination guidelines, etc.). Ensure consistent management of policies and procedures for recruiting, rewarding, retaining, recognizing, and employee development. Ensure reviews & compliance with corporate policies, government regulations, and legal standards and best practices. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and HR to facilitate smooth operations of the company by working closely with both management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Handle employee relations and industrial relations, including managing disciplinary issues and organizing activities within the company. Leverage insights and best practices to develop and execute positive employee relations strategies at the site level. Serve as the point of contact for employee matters; build and maintain trusted employee relationships. Conduct investigations and make disciplinary recommendations when needed. Maintain strong partnerships with union leadership through execution of the grievance management process, negotiation and campaign support, process interpretation, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Business/HR/Management (At least 4 years of experience); or Diploma in Business/HR with at least 6 years of HR experience. Extensive knowledge of local labor legislation and experience in relevant industrial/employee relations. Strong interpersonal skills, tactfulness, and professionalism. Preference: Experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to embody, influence, and drive Company culture, serve as an Ambassador of Culture & Change and trusted advisor. Meticulous and able to work independently in a very fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset of the HR function and processes.
