Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
- Handle guests enquiries.
- Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.
Facility Monitoring & Operations
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the location, ensuring all areas are guest-ready at all times. This includes monitoring and cleaning water features, reporting malfunctions or safety concerns promptly, and assisting with minor upkeep tasks as directed.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation, and be a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is highly desirable.
