Job Title: Environmental Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the office premises. Key responsibilities include cleaning common areas, ensuring indoor and outdoor spaces are tidy, clearing small bins in corridors, and general cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, pantries, and toilets.

Cleaning and vacuuming of office areas and workstations are also essential tasks. Furthermore, it is crucial to maintain a professional appearance at all times and ensure that work areas are clean when finished.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you must be physically fit and able to endure physical movements throughout the work area. Five or six days' work availability per week is also required.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $1900 to $2200 per month. Additionally, working locations are spread across various areas, including Joo Koon, Tiong Bahru, Outram Park, Bedok, Orchard, and River Valley.
