Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of global business strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership and regional heads to align business objectives and translate them into actionable strategic plans. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and business model innovations. Strategic Analysis & Insights Lead and execute market and competitor research, including both qualitative and quantitative analyses, to support strategic decision-making. Provide data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making and long-term planning. Develop forward-looking strategic recommendations and business cases for new initiatives or business directions. Continuously challenge the status quo by proposing new ideas and perspectives to maintain the company's competitive edge. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business units, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams globally. Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, supporting critical business reviews and strategy workshops. Facilitate strategy communication and change management efforts across regions. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and track execution progress against strategic goals. Identify operational and strategic risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement. Promote a culture of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Requirements Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a strong plus. 5+ years of experience in business strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting Preferrable hands-on experience in Japan market Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights. Proven experience leading cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Chinese to be able to work with chinese speaking stakeholders Asset managmemet or Fintech industry is highly desireable Experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
