**About the team**

Worldpay’s Global Enterprise business segment spreads across four regions; APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAMs. This role sits within the APAC region and offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in business analysis, strategy development, and project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**What you will be doing**
- Conduct data analysis and market research to support the development of business strategies and initiatives.
- Assists in identifying and developing business cases for strategic revenue and cost synergy opportunities.
- Supports the delivery of priority business transformation initiatives which aim to improve overall business financial performance.
- Supports the continued deployment and management of strategy alignment and execution methodology, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), utilized at all varying levels of the segment, including business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and performance metrics.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- An interest in Payments & Financial Technology (Fintech)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to work with all levels of an organization - internal and external.
- Solid presentation skills when showing (marketing and creative skills - desirable but not essential)
- An eye for long-term strategy and vision for process improvements
