VP/AVP, End User Collaborative Service (Ops), Future Ready Technology, Group Technology - )

The Role:

Reporting to the End User Collaborative Service – Operations lead, this role is responsible for supporting O365 and mobility services. The team will conduct comprehensive testing of new products and assist in roll-out preparations. The individual will manage a team supporting the administration and support of these solutions, with a primary focus on managing Office 365 services, overlapping with Active Directory and Intune infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes to collaborative services
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and tune collaborative services
  • Provide ongoing operational support, including OS releases, upgrades, service packs, bug fixes, security updates, and system changes
  • Develop scripting and automation solutions
  • Create and maintain system documentation on domain technologies, configurations, and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with networking, security, and data center teams to resolve issues
  • Develop policies, processes, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with end users through planned communication strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure deployment and support, including:
    • Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, SCCM, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Mac OS, Android, iOS
    • Cloud services such as Office 365 and Google Apps
    • Windows Server 2012/2016, VMs, DNS
    • Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management solutions
  • Research and testing experience with emerging technologies for deployment
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Excellent analytical, management, and planning abilities
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and successful IT project delivery
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Additional experience in Agile methodology and project management is advantageous
  • Experience in banking environment is a plus
