VP/AVP, End User Collaborative Service (Ops), Future Ready Technology, Group Technology - )
The Role:
Reporting to the End User Collaborative Service – Operations lead, this role is responsible for supporting O365 and mobility services. The team will conduct comprehensive testing of new products and facilitate roll-out preparations. The individual will manage a team supporting the administration and support of these solutions, focusing on Active Directory, O365 services, and Intune infrastructure, with an emphasis on Office 365 services.
Responsibilities:
Implement changes to collaborative services.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and tune collaborative services.
Provide ongoing operational support, including OS releases, upgrades, security updates, and system changes.
Develop scripts and automation processes.
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with IT teams across networking, security, and data center operations to resolve issues.
Develop policies, processes, and procedures.
Design and execute communication plans for end users.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure deployment and support.
Proficiency with Mac OS, Android, iOS, Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN.
Experience with cloud services such as Office 365 and Google Apps.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, VMs, and DNS.
Experience with user endpoint management, preferably Microsoft Intune.
Research skills and ability to test emerging technologies for deployment.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Excellent analytical, management, and planning skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and successful IT project management experience.
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Additional experience with Agile methodology and project management is a plus.
Banking industry experience is advantageous.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
