About the firm This is a pure HFT environment that is fully quantitative and technology led. With world-class infrastructure, deep liquidity access, and strong capitalisation, the firm provides traders with the resources and autonomy to scale sophisticated strategies. Role overview We are seeking experienced high-frequency traders with proven, profitable strategies who are ready to take the next step in responsibility and scale. The ideal candidate will be trading basis or short-term quantitative strategies, leveraging a research/simulation-based approach and deep understanding of execution dynamics. You will collaborate closely with quant researchers and engineers, contribute to the development of high-Sharpe, low-latency strategies, and play a key role in mentoring junior talent as the firm grows. Key responsibilities Design, execute, and manage basis or other short-horizon quantitative trading strategies. Research, back test, and refine models using Python or R. Work with engineers to deploy ultra-low-latency execution systems in C++. Develop scalable, research-driven trading ideas across multiple products and regions. Manage risk and optimise execution performance. Contribute to team development and mentorship initiatives. Key requirements 3–10 years' experience in high-frequency or low-latency trading, ideally with a strong, positive track record in basis, futures, or spread strategies. Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution optimisation. Experience trading across futures, equities, options, or crypto markets. Self-directed and entrepreneurial, with the ability to bring or develop independent strategies.
