Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security and Authorizations to support ongoing SAP projects. The consultant will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP system landscape, with a primary focus on user administration, role management, and authorization controls.
**Responsibilities**:
Perform daily SAP Basis administration tasks including system monitoring, performance tuning, and transport management.
Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization roles and profiles across systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
Conduct user administration, access reviews, and segregation of duties (SoD) checks.
Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring SAP authorization compliance with internal security policies and standards.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve access-related issues.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration projects as required.
Document authorization concepts, processes, and change management procedures.
**Requirements**:
5-8 years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 3 years in SAP Security and Authorizations.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori authorizations, and GRC Access Control preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP system landscape, client strategy, and transport mechanisms.
Familiar with SoD analysis, audit controls, and user access management best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
**Nice to Have**:
Experience with SAP Cloud environments (RISE, Azure, AWS).
Exposure to SAP Identity Management or Cybersecurity integration.
