Position Details:

Position : Contract

Duration : 12 Months (Extendable OR Renewable)

Location : Singapore.

Job Description

a. Good knowledge and skillset in the following platforms and applications:

i. SAP Systems installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, administration and monitoring (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC).

ii. Database (SAP HANA, Sybase ASE Database, SAP IQ).

iii. Operating Systems (Windows Server, Linux).

iv. Microsoft Applications (Active Directory, System Center Suite).

v. Management Tools (SCCM, WSUS, SEPM, SCVMM). Virtualization Platform (VMware, Hyper-V).

vii. Storage and Backup (Symantec NetBackup).

ix. Web Tools (F5 Load Balancer, Proxy/Reverse Proxy Setup, Apache, IIS, SAP Web dispatcher).

xi. IT Security Hardening on Windows Server and Linux.

xii. Various methodology of SAP system cloning / copy (Heterogeneous / Homogeneous).

xiii. SAP backup and restore procedures for database-specific and OS-specific systems.

b. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations and producing high quality deliverables and support with minimum supervision.

c. Good planning, communication and coordination skills.

d. Good team player, responsible and conscientious, responsive, pro-active.

Required Working Experience for Basis Support

a. Good working experience as SAP Basis.

b. Good experience in IT infrastructure, systems implementation and support.

c. Experience in client copies, system cloning/copy (Heterogeneous/Homogeneous), transport management, user accounts management, patch management, and backup/restore of SAP systems is preferred.

d. Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of core SAP platforms is preferred.

e. Experience in administration of Microsoft Technologies is preferred.

f. Experience in administration of Linux is preferred"
