We are seeking an enthusiastic Change Manager to join our driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and develop change management plans to support project goals
  • Ensure change management plans are documented, approved, and effectively embedded across projects
  • Apply change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including PROSCI, to drive adoption
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, business leads, and project teams, integrating change activities into project plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using influencing, negotiation, and consultation skills to achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop strategies to guide impacted teams through the ADKAR journey and ensure business readiness
  • Track and report change adoption and business readiness progress in relevant forums
  • Identify and address anticipated resistance, supporting the implementation of resistance management measures
  • Provide input and support for designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to organizational needs
  • Enhance and mature Change Management capabilities across the organization
  • Partner with the Marketing team to manage external change impacts, such as broker communications
  • Align change management processes and practices with APAC and global teams for consistency
  • Demonstrate high standards of work quality across business areas with adherence to agreed timelines and formats
  • Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements on a timely basis
  • Take initiative in developing technical and soft skills while continuously improving practices and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience of over 5 years serving as a Delivery Change Manager on multiple projects
  • Extensive experience in a corporate environment, ideally within Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as business, commerce, HR, or psychology
  • Advanced skills in change management, meeting facilitation, and relationship management, including negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in complex, interdependent scenarios
  • Solid hands-on team player with strong business ethics and excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to baseline and continually improve processes while thinking strategically
  • Significant experience implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering comprehensive change plans
  • Track record of driving cultural and behavioral change among diverse groups and cultures
  • Proficiency in project management approaches (Agile/Waterfall), tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Passion for driving operational and cultural change with a results-oriented approach and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, applying influence to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an advanced attention to detail
