Regulatory Compliance Lead (Marine)My client is a leading and growing Marine/Energy firm and we are recruiting for a Lead Compliance professional to be based in the Singapore office. Location: Singapore Responsibilities Interpret contracts and regulatory requirements; integrate into project design and processes. Develop and execute Regulatory Compliance Plan and Matrix. Liaise with Class, authorities, consultants, and clients; manage exemptions and deviations. Track certification progress, maintain regulatory documentation, and ensure timely issuance of approvals. Conduct workshops, share lessons learned, and manage compliance manpower. Handover statutory certificates and permits to Operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in maritime, law, engineering, or related field. 8+ years FPSO regulatory compliance experience, including Class Rules and Flag requirements.
