
KOL & Influencer Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns across global markets. This includes identifying and connecting with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating on engaging video content to maximize campaign performance. You will track results, optimize strategies, and work closely with internal teams to drive growth for our application products.

Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with KOLs and influencers across key markets. (TikTok & Instagram especially)
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with influencers on creative direction, video production, and content edits to ensure high-quality output.(writing scripts, creating attention-grabbing content, and scheduling content publishing)
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to align campaigns with overall growth strategy.
• Stay updated on KOL/influencer marketing trends and best practices in the app and social space.
• Support additional marketing tasks as assigned .
Job Requirements:
• Strong interest or knowledge in KOLs, influencers, and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good stress resilience, strong sense of responsibility, and result-oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a cheerful and confident personality.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
• Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided). Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma;
• Bonus: Additional language skills such as Malay, Indonesian, Spanish, or Portuguese are an advantage.
