The Role:
As a Junior Product Manager, you will join a team passionate about redefining the agrifood trade industry. You will be involved in managing and enhancing our suite of products, including our Trade Management System, Marketplace, and Financial Services. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow into a product leadership position while working on solutions that impact global food resilience and supply chain efficiencies. Your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders and supporting the Tech Lead in the overall product management process.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in the lifecycle management of our digital products from conception to launch.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
Work closely with senior product managers, engineering, business, and support teams to ensure product execution aligns with company objectives.
Contribute to product strategy and vision, helping to deliver innovative features that adhere to the market needs.
Monitor product performance metrics and use data to drive better product usability.
Comprehensive understanding of the agrifood industry’s supply chain and operational challenges.
Hands-on experience with advanced technologies including AI, blockchain, and IoT within the context of global trade.
Development of strong product management skills, product lifecycle management, agile framework, and user experience design.
Exposure to a multicultural environment working with a diverse team and client base spread across over ten countries and five continents.
What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related field of study.
Familiar with prototyping tools (eg. Figma) and business process re-engineering (eg. UML).
Knowledgeable in system design and database to ensure that products are technically feasible.
Fast-learner, resourceful and detailed-oriented.
Highly effective cross-functional team management.
Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once.
