Job Summary
Execute implementation of marketing plans, develop annual budgets, evaluate market trends, manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives. The product ranges for this role would either be onco or immunology.
General Responsibilities
Develop and prepare brand strategy, business proposal, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets to achieve marketing/sales goals.
Responsible for execution and operation of promotion plans as planned.
Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses, ensuring efficient usage of resources.
Monitor and analyze market trend data of the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions and execute/modify marketing activities according to feedback.
Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and take corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
Coordinate and communicate between all departments, including logistics, regulatory, and medical, to ensure the success of the brand.
Leadership Responsibilities
Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Product Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.
Job Requirements - Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills.
Strong in data analysis and planning.
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Economics, Business, Pharmacy, Science, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Must have performed at least 3 marketing projects in a pharmaceutical company in Singapore.
Experience in the Transplant/Renal/CNS therapeutic areas preferred.
Must have relevant work experience in Singapore.
