Job Description JD – lyf Guard (Guest Service Executive)You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who enjoys creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. Your day may include checking in guests, recommending local attractions, replacing light bulbs at night, and socializing with guests in our communal spaces after work. You will report to the Senior (GSAM) or Chief lyf Guard (GSM). Responsibilities Look after the well-being of guests from arrival to departure by: Assisting residents with check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)Encouraging downloads of the DiscoverASR app for community interaction Exploring app functions with residents Managing mobile keys, messaging lyf Guards, and ancillary purchases Handling guest queries and requests Ensure operational efficiency by: Monitoring room availability in the property management system (PMS)Adhering to corporate guidelines during processes Performing bookkeeping activities as needed Assisting housekeeping with property cleanliness, especially social spaces Handling inquiries via walk-ins, emails, and phone calls Executing light housekeeping/engineering duties and liaising with contractors for maintenance Create an inclusive community by: Noticing guest preferences and managing profiles Assisting in curating event calendars and community initiatives with the Partnerships and Events Manager Proactively engaging with guests for feedback to improve their stay Benefits Flexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidized rates at Ascott serviced residences Strong support for staff volunteerism Wellness programs Closing Statement At CapitaLand, we promote fair employment practices, recruit based on merit and fit with our values, and provide equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or nationality.
