Job Description JD – lyf Guard ( Guest Service Executive )You will be a multifaceted Community Manager who revels in creating an inclusive and collaborative community at lyf. A day in the life of a lyf Guard starts with checking in a new guest, recommending the must-visit places in the area, replacing a light bulb at night, and ending with having a cup of coffee or sipping wine with the lyf guests in our social spaces after work. You will report to the Senior ( GSAM ) or Chief lyf Guard ( GSM ). Responsibilities Look after the well-being of all guests from arrival until departure by: Assisting lyf residents with their check-in (via mobile app or kiosk)Encouraging members to download the DiscoverASR app to explore and interact with the lyf community Exploring the various functions of the app with residents Mobile key, messaging lyf Guards, making ancillary purchases (if available)Handling guest queries Facilitating communication and requests Ensure operational efficiency by: Monitoring room availability using the hotel's property management system (PMS)Ensuring processes adhere to corporate guidelines Performing bookkeeping activities as necessary Assisting housekeeping with regular rounds to ensure cleanliness of social spaces Handling walk-ins, emails, and phone inquiries Executing light housekeeping/engineering duties and liaising with contractors Create an inclusive and collaborative community by: Noticing guest preferences and managing profiles Assisting in curating event calendars and community initiatives Proactively interacting with guests for feedback Job Requirements You are: Dynamic, self-motivated with strong communication skills Passionate about entrepreneurial, tech, creative, and collaborative communities Knowledgeable of current trends A people person and a hands-on worker Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate guest needs Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Possessing unique talents such as coffee making, bartending, singing, or being a tech geek Willing to work 5-day shifts, including nights (Note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a 1-minute video titled 'All About ME')Benefits Flexible benefits with medical coverage for self and family Training and development opportunities Subsidised rates at Ascott residences Support for staff volunteerism Wellness programs Closing Statement At CapitaLand, we promote fair employment practices, recruit based on merit and fit, and uphold an inclusive workplace regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or nationality.
