We are looking for an experienced Senior Training & Ground Operations Executive to be responsible for the delivery of Jetstar Asia training Products, Policies and Procedures and DCS & Automated Self-Service systems. As part of Jetstar Asia’s ground handling team, this role will have the opportunity to drive customer experience by collaborating closely with our appointed ground handlers and internal stakeholders in delivering agreed deliverables for our regional ports.
Main Accountabilities:
Training:
Manage training programs and schedules for all ports.
Prepare and deliver new and recurrent training schedules on Product & Policy and all systems training.
Develop e-learning modules to streamline and improve delivery efficiency.
Develop and deliver training modules for Ground Handling Agents.
Act as the designated delegate to the Training & Airline Services Manager in their absence.
Project Management:
Work with the Training & Airline Services Manager on Ground Operations projects related to training.
Act as a designated delegate in all virtual work groups in project delivery.
Manual:
Manage and maintain all training manuals and Ground Operations manuals.
Audit:
Coordinate audits with internal, external and regulatory authorities.
Stationery:
Maintain a healthy supply of airline stationery to support all Jetstar Asia Ports.
Airline Technology Account Maintenance:
Manage and maintain the agent’s day-to-day access to Airline Technology.
Ensure compliance of all Airline Technology related accounts.
Assist in the investigation of any non-compliance in the use of Airline Technology.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Clear knowledge and understanding of relevant industry regulations & governing bodies (e.g., ICAO, IATA, OH & S, CAAS & Airport Authorities).
Training qualifications & experience in aviation are preferred.
Analytical and thorough in the preparation of work materials.
Proactive, meticulous, and conscientious to meet assignment timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in other Asian languages preferred.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Understanding of operational aspects of airport operations and training.
Ability to develop and maintain an effective training program, meeting regulatory compliance and company policies & standards.
Ability to build positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills in handling difficult situations.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-disciplined - able to work effectively independently and as a team player.
Ability to assist with multiple projects and deliver according to stipulated timelines.
