ServiceNow Architect

The primary responsibility of this role is to take ownership of solution design and lead the end-to-end implementation for clients, from initial concept to final delivery.

  • Conduct comprehensive design reviews to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Perform data quality assurance and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our solutions.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, including a deep understanding of SQL, XML, and other web-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in IT or customer support, with at least 3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst focused on ServiceNow implementation.

A key aspect of this role is auditing existing client implementations to identify areas for improvement and recommending strategic enhancements. Additionally, process alignment with ITIL best practices is essential. If you are a proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
