In this role, the Senior UX Designer or UX Designer is expected to undertake the following areas of work:**(i) User Research and Workflow Analysis*** Conduct comprehensive user research with government officers across different departments and agencies to understand workflow requirements and pain points* Develop comprehensive user journeys and task flows for multi-step approval processes, incident management workflows, and regulatory compliance systems* Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for officer workflows* Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements**(ii) Interface Design and User Experience*** Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for internal workflow systems used by government officers for operational processes, regulatory compliance, and service delivery* Create user-centered designs that streamline complex administrative tasks and improve officer productivity* Design sophisticated visualization dashboards and interfaces for real-time monitoring, performance metrics, and operational intelligence systems* Create user experiences that
