We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile UX/UI Designer to join our Digital twin development team. This role involves the full spectrum of design work from conducting UX workshops to crafting detailed UI designs, playing a critical role in the iterative delivery process of our digital solutions for all stakeholders of the built environments, from planners to operators and tenants.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive sustainability and smart city solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead UX workshops to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate closely with engineering team to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into the final product.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and collaboration with the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and 3D software.
- Develop and enhance your skills in 3D and RT3D design, actively contributing to the implementation of your designs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- 5-7 years' experience minimum in relevant fields
- Portfolio showcasing relevant projects in RT3D and digital twin development.
- Knowledge of human-centered design and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills in digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with 3D design software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar).
