
Project Administrative Lead

- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the project administration team, ensuring smooth workflows, effective performance, and timely achievement of objectives
- Coordinate with the agency on performance updates, requirements, and issue resolution
- Manage and respond to enquiries from public and applicants via phone calls and emails
- Verify and review submitted documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided in all applications
- Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative workflow of applications
- Perform precise data entry and maintain updated records within the system
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies and standards
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
- Experience leading a team in administrative support or operations
- Proficient with computer use and comfortable with data entry tasks
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Strong background in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
