Role Overview Position: Medical AI Content Specialist – Contract, Remote Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months Combine clinical expertise with language mastery to train AI models in healthcare. Create content reflecting real-world medical usage in Japanese. Responsibilities Translate and synthesize complex medical concepts into structured rubrics for AI training. Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression. Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Japanese healthcare. Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content. Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English. Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field). 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
