Job ID: Responsibilities Support the QS Manager / Project Manager in handling and calculating quantities and costings for various tender assignments. Conduct technical reviews of supplier/contractor quotations and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Understand and interpret general contracts and tender documents accurately. Prepare budget cost estimates and pricing analysis as instructed. Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations. Provide technical solutions for any tender-related challenges. Coordinate with internal departments on documentation and tender issues. Follow up with suppliers and contractors regarding bills, quantities, and claims. Evaluate and update market unit rates for materials and labour on a monthly or quarterly basis. Handover tender documents and costing details to the project team upon award. Attend site show-rounds and respond to tender clarifications. Prepare for tender interviews and presentations. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Diploma in M&E / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant experience in QS, tendering, or costing. Strong understanding of tender documentation, contracts, and cost management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with QS software/tools.
