My client is an established **A1 Main contractor**. Local firm.

Looking for **Tender Manager**

**Job Description**:

- **Overall in charge of all tenders.**Manage the QS team to deliver on tender in time.
- **Well verse in architectural and structural costing**.
- **Lead and manage a team of QS**in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
- Responsible and lead the team on evaluation and preparation of sub-contractors' claims and issuance of payment response within stipulated timeframe
- Allocate tasks to QS and provide effective supervision
- **Review contract documents and provide cost estimates on tenders**:

- Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
- Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and
- Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years experience in QS
- Experienced in **Commerical and HDB new build projects.
