**We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our Plumbing and Sanitary works team. Assistance in managing project costs, preparing accurate measurements, handling tender submissions, and supporting post-contract administration.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for plumbing and sanitary works.
- Assist in tender preparation and pricing of plumbing systems, piping layouts, sanitary fittings, and related works.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
- Support the contract team in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
- Conduct site measurements and monitor work progress against bill of quantities.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for all project-related QS matters.
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and suppliers as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems in construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software (e.g. AutoCAD, BIM)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
