Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our restaurant by ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive environment for staff and guests.

  • Lead daily operations to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively respond to and resolve guest complaints to ensure customer delight.
  • Train new employees on service standards and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support their growth and development.
  • Maintain proper grooming and hygiene standards for all service staff.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operational, adhering to SFA standards.
  • Collaborate with management on supply ordering, cost management, floor efficiency, and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Act as a mentor to new employees, providing training and guidance to help them develop essential skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

  • Customer service: 3 years
  • General management: 3 years
