Job Title: Temp Admin Assistant
Are you a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent administrative skills?
We are seeking a temporary admin assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including data entry, cleaning, and meeting coordination.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry. A diploma or higher qualification in a related field is also preferred.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and cleaning
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Develop and maintain accurate records
- Assist in team projects and departmental initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / A Level / Diploma in any related course of studies
- Experience in admin is highly preferred
- Able to commit min of 6 months
