Job Title: Temp Admin Assistant

Are you a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent administrative skills?

We are seeking a temporary admin assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including data entry, cleaning, and meeting coordination.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry. A diploma or higher qualification in a related field is also preferred.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and cleaning
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in team projects and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / A Level / Diploma in any related course of studies
  • Experience in admin is highly preferred
  • Able to commit min of 6 months
