Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily moulding operations and lead our team of technicians/operators in the automotive industry.

About the Role

The Injection Moulding Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance with international standards, optimizing machine settings to minimize downtime, leading and training personnel, and coordinating maintenance and enforcing workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily moulding operations and manpower allocation
  • Ensure quality compliance with IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standards
  • Optimize machine settings to minimize downtime
  • Lead and train technicians/operators
  • Coordinate maintenance and enforce workplace safety

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of injection moulding experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC
  • Able to troubleshoot and optimize moulding processes

Working Hours and Location

This position is based in Woodlands, Singapore, and requires a Monday to Friday work schedule.
