Overall Job Responsibility
You will work with the team to expand our network of corporate and international partners to promote SG Enable, our initiatives and the support available for persons with disabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee corporate and international relations in managing and supporting external and internal stakeholders to triage requests and interests and fulfil terms of engagement / reference set out in stakeholder engagement framework.
Establish, front and manage strategic partnerships with organisations who are keen to partner SG Enable on multiple fronts that could include but are not limited to inclusive hiring, accessibility and innovative projects, public education, consumer inclusiveness, skilled volunteerism and donations.
Engage and manage corporate and community partners to lead projects that advance the cause of disability-inclusion.
Support in the monitoring and tracking of stakeholder engagements at division and organisation-wide level.
Perform data analytics to provide insights on stakeholder management and engagement.
Support in the budgeting and financials of the division.
Support in event organisation and management.
Other Duties
Be involved in cross-team and/or cross-divisional projects as a contributing member for exposure and to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of other roles in SG Enable.
Support community events and engagements organised by SG Enable or our partners.
Administrative and any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
General degree with at least 5 years of working experience
Demonstrated experience in corporate and international relations, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and possess good communication and writing skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
Experience in data analytics and budget management is preferred.
