Team and Position
We are seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market IT (CMI) department to support the application release process.
About CMI
CMI involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and regulatory measures. Advanced technologies like APIs, artificial intelligence, and cloud solutions are increasingly used to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Project Overview
We are decommissioning our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business and migrating activities to our main front office platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for various assets and business lines.
The DeKOT project involves migrating our worldwide cross-asset treasury platform (all products) from Kondor Plus to Orchestrade. A dedicated team in Singapore will handle parts of this project, such as inbound and outbound data flows, APIs, and interface performance and latency are critical for success.
Team Interaction
The support analyst will work closely with our Paris head office team, the BA team and development team in Singapore, our IT treasury team, business stakeholders in the region, and head office teams. The team will be fully dedicated to this project and operate across multiple sites.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Support Analyst and Business Analyst during the pre-migration phase, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders from IT and treasury business lines to define, document, and translate requirements into software specifications. You will advocate for business value, ensuring solutions meet user needs and support operational success.
You will also support production systems, focusing on Treasury/ALM applications, managing day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) across multiple applications. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of capital markets IT, work with industry leaders, and drive innovation with the support of subject matter experts and leadership.
