Company Overview
A well-established water company seeks a Sales Engineer to implement chemical treatment solutions for refinery and chemical process clients. Responsibilities include delivering treatments, providing value-added services, managing cost-reduction projects, and addressing troubleshooting and queries related to services and products.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and addressing deviations.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates.
  • Oversee stock levels and equipment parts for seamless operations.
  • Prepare monthly review materials, discussing program effectiveness and improvements.
  • Conduct on-site tests to rectify off-spec issues.
  • Collaborate with managers on proposals to enhance efficiency.
  • Build strong client relationships through frequent engagement.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance for seamless delivery.
  • Address challenges in treatment programs or products, collaborating with team members for solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred, with relevant industry experience.
  • Comfortable supporting petrochemical clients.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise reports using standard laptops.
  • Logical thinker with informed decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, managing multiple projects, and maintaining schedules.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented.
  • Compliant with industry and client safety requirements.
