This role represents a unique opportunity for an individual who thrives in a strategic leadership position and is passionate about driving business growth and operational excellence in a technically complex, safety-critical environment.Your RoleAs the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance, development, and profitability of InterMoor’s operations in the Asia Pacific region. This includes full P&L responsibility and oversight of functional areas including QHSE, Commercial, Engineering, Projects, and Operations.You will work closely with the Moorings Business Line Director and be an integral member of the global senior leadership team. Your focus will be on executing long-term strategies, capturing new opportunities in both traditional offshore energy and the growing floating wind market, and ensuring excellence in operational delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with InterMoor’s global vision, with a particular emphasis on sustainable growth, market diversification, and digital transformationCommercial Growth & Client EngagementDrive business development across oil & gas, marine, and renewable sectors. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the APAC market share, especially in emerging areas such as floating offshore windOperational ExcellenceOversee the safe and efficient delivery of all projects, ensuring high standards of engineering, logistics, and execution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsP&L ManagementLead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control activities. Take accountability for achieving revenue and EBITDA targets through disciplined performance management and strategic investmentTeam & Culture LeadershipBuild, lead, and motivate a diverse team of managers and technical experts. Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in safety, accountability, and collaborationQHSE StewardshipChampion a culture of safety and risk management throughout the business. Ensure compliance with Acteon’s QHSE framework and all relevant local and international standardsCollaboration & InfluencePartner with regional and global peers to ensure knowledge sharing, resource optimization, and alignment with group-wide goals. Act as the regional representative in global business line meetingsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Expertise• A minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in offshore energy, marine services, or engineering solutions• Proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team and delivering commercial success within a technical environment• Experience leading P&L for a regional or country-level business unit• Strong understanding of offshore infrastructure, floating systems, or marine construction is preferredSkills & Attributes• Commercially astute and customer-focused, with strong strategic thinking capabilities• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Resilient, adaptable, and confident making decisions in a fast-paced and evolving market• Committed to fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvementQualifications• Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
