About the role As a full-time Front of House Service Supervisor at LAI WAH RESTAURANT PRIVATE LIMITED', you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant's dining area. Based in Bendemeer Central Region, this position will oversee the front-of-house team and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bussers Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns effectively Monitor service times and take corrective action as needed Assist with training and development of front-of-house staff Ensure the dining area is well-maintained, clean, and organised Collaborate with the kitchen team to facilitate efficient meal service Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the restaurant What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory role within the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop staff Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Thorough understanding of food and beverage service operations Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other departments What we offer At LAI WAH RESTAURANT PRIVATE LIMITED', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
