**What You’ll Gain**:

- **Gross Salary**: Up to $4,000++ (includes OT, shift allowances & performance bonuses)
- **✨ Sign-On Bonus**: 1 month’s base salary (paid upon confirmation)

**Work Schedule**:
- **5-day work week**:
- **Rotating shifts**: Morning / Afternoon / NightPrefer the night shift? Enjoy quieter hours with additional allowances
**Your Role at a Glance**:
- **Be the First Impression**: Greet, seat, and connect with guests to create a lasting welcome
- **Drive Service Excellence**: Ensure readiness of front-of-house operations and uphold service standards
- **Handle Guest Concerns Gracefully**: Respond to feedback and resolve any service issues confidently
- **Coordinate Guest Flow**: Manage reservations and optimize table turnover during peak times
- **Inspire Your Team**: Guide and support service crew, encouraging high morale and professionalism
- **Collaborate with Leaders**: Partner with Assistant Managers to elevate team and operational outcomes
***What We’re Looking For**:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or F&B Management (preferred)
- 3-5 years of F&B experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skillsWillingness to work weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts
