The institution is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice, comprehensive investment solutions, and trusted banking relationships. Role Overview The Relationship Manager – Wealth Management will manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, delivering holistic financial and investment solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in securities dealing, investment advisory, and client relationship management within a private or wealth banking environment. Familiarity with the Filipino local market, particularly in serving Filipino expatriate or business communities in Singapore, is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing advisory services across wealth management, investments, and banking products. Offer tailored financial planning, portfolio management, and securities dealing services aligned with clients’ objectives and risk profiles. Identify and capture new business opportunities, particularly within the Filipino local market, to expand the wealth management client base and achieve revenue targets. Monitor clients’ investment portfolios, assess market conditions, and proactively recommend asset allocation and investment strategies. Execute securities and investment transactions in compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks. Collaborate with internal specialists and product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions covering investments, insurance, deposits, and credit. Maintain high standards of compliance and ethical conduct in all client interactions. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or securities dealing within a financial institution. Possession of CMFAS certifications (Modules 1A, 5, 6, 6A, and/or 8A) or other relevant licenses required by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In-depth understanding of investment products, capital markets, and portfolio construction. Strong business development and relationship management skills with a proven record in growing client portfolios. Deep understanding of the Filipino local market and community in Singapore, with the ability to engage and expand this client base. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships. High integrity, client focus, and results-driven mindset.
