Job Title:

Vessel Registration Coordinator

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Maritime Industry, preparing and submitting documents for vessel registration, communicating and coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit registration documents to relevant authorities.
  • Communicate effectively with ship owners, managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date registration records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, file management, and correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding registration processes and provide technical guidance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and database management, and a diploma in Business or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with registration software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
