Company Description Manna Pot Catering is a halal‐certified catering company based in Singapore, focused on providing a one‐stop solution for events, private functions, and weddings. In addition to food catering, the company offers desserts, cakes, patisserie, event planning, coordination, styling, and floral services. Role Wedding Sales Catering Executive – full‐time, on‐site position at Manna Pot Catering. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide AI‐powered advice where appropriate. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan wedding catering events. Oversee events on the day of, ensuring everything runs according to plan and address any issues promptly. Manage catering sales, securing leads and business opportunities to increase sales. Assist in menu planning, venue set‐up, and logistics coordination. Qualifications Strong communication and customer‐service skills. Experience in sales, especially catering sales. Knowledge of catering operations and best practices. Detail‐oriented with excellent organizational skills. Collaborative team player. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours. Preferable previous experience in the events industry. Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to understand menu selections, promotions and recommend appropriate options to clients.
