Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead initiatives ensuring compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This role requires strong expertise in regulatory projects, data protection, and enterprise-level project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with PDPA regulations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and compliance insights.
  • Develop, model, and optimize processes to meet PDPA standards.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Oversee implementation and testing of PDPA compliance solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.
  • Manage risks associated with PDPA compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on PDPA-related processes.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare project reports for working groups and steering committees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. They should possess 12–15 years of IT work experience, with at least 8–10 years in enterprise-level project management. Proven experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, and regulatory compliance projects is essential.
