Purpose Driven Position

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Specialist is responsible for the efficient deployment and seamless operation of CarbonCure's hardware systems. This role requires close collaboration with internal Program Management and Sales teams, and directly with customers, to ensure hardware is accurately specified, configured, deployed, installed, commissioned, and maintained for optimal performance and mutual success. The Engineering Specialist will also proactively identify operating requirements for new markets and drive product and process improvements based on field experience.

What you'll be doing

Global Installation & Commissioning:

Lead and oversee the implementation of hardware installations at concrete plants in primarily the APAC region, ensuring timely, accurate setup according to company standards and client requirements. Communicate with clients to obtain their scope of work, specify a system for production, install the system and commission the system. Coordinate with CO2 tank suppliers as required to ensure seamless installation and/ or problem solving as it relates to system operations.
