Engineering Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient deployment and operation of our hardware systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement hardware installations at concrete plants in the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate setup according to company standards and client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain their scope of work, specify a system for production, install the system, and commission it.
  • Coordinate with CO2 tank suppliers as required to ensure seamless installation and/or problem-solving as it relates to system operations.
  • Direct remote installation and commissioning, guiding contractors, customers, and on-site staff if applicable.

Purpose Driven Position:

This role requires close collaboration with internal Program Management and Sales teams, and directly with customers, to ensure hardware is accurately specified, configured, deployed, installed, commissioned, and maintained for optimal performance and mutual success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Global Installation & Commissioning:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of hardware installations at concrete plants in primarily the APAC region, ensuring timely, accurate setup according to company standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Program and Sales teams to ensure seamless operation of hardware systems.
  • Identify operating requirements for new markets and drive product and process improvements based on field experience.
