Job Title: System Deployment and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a System Deployment and Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless system deployments.

  • This role involves carrying out on-site hardware and system installations for clients, ensuring timely and professional setup.
  • You will be responsible for attending to customer requests and troubleshooting hardware or system issues, including on-site visits when required.
  • Your key responsibilities will include providing clear guidance to customers on how to use our systems, both via phone and in-person.
  • You will also conduct user training sessions for customers during deployments to ensure they can fully utilise the systems.
  • In addition, you will perform simple wiring work such as connecting devices to LAN ports and power points.
  • You may also be required to support other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, technical support, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge, especially in connecting and setting up hardware.
  • Ability to perform simple electrical work such as wiring, installing power points, and ensuring safe hardware connections.
  • Able to work independently and travel to various customer sites.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to get hands-on.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
