Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Strategy Alignment : Support the translation of enterprise objectives into scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Solution Discovery & Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead the design and delivery of business transformation initiatives.

  • Lead strategic initiatives such as digital enablement, automation, and customer experience improvement.
  • Support the development of KPIs, success metrics, and tracking models to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or track record in business strategy, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience in workflow/process design, business capability mapping, and operational optimization.
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
  • Familiar with risk management, governance frameworks, and change management principles.
  • Experience supporting system integrator (SI) sales or solutioning is a plus.
